Students in the Financial Engineering Program range in education and experience from recent undergraduates to Ph.D.s who are working in management-level positions. Applicants to the Financial Engineering program should have strong records of achievement in quantitatively oriented undergraduate disciplines and have completed multivariable calculus and linear algebra coursework. Ideal candidates are interested in the application of complex mathematical concepts to finance and risk management and have the potential to function effectively as leaders in professional management environments.
