Bio 
Ruben Delgado is Vice-President of Human Resources at Nautilus Healthcare Management Group; and an adjunct professor in the Management & Human Resources department at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Ruben’s background includes 11+ years of HR experience; the first ten years in the high-end specialty retail industry and the last two years in the healthcare industry.

Ruben received his M.S. in Human Resources Design from Claremont Graduate University (SBOS); and his M.B.A. from Claremont Graduate University (Drucker School).

Ruben is also certified as a: Certified Performance and Learning Professional (ASTD); Certified Labor Relations Professional (Michigan State University); Certified Compensation Professional (WorldatWork); and a Master Career Development Professional (NCDA).
