Dr. Donaldson is Professor and Chair of Psychology, Director of the Claremont Evaluation Center (CEC), and Dean of the School of Behavioral and Organizational Sciences (SBOS), Claremont Graduate University. He has taught numerous courses and published widely on the topics of organizational psychology, organization and career development, health promotion and disease prevention, evaluation science, and applied research methods. He assumed the deanship of the School of Behavioral and Organizational Sciences in 2001. Under his leadership, the school has thrived academically and financially, and has become one of the most popular places in the U.S. to apply for graduate training in the areas of applied psychology and evaluation science.
