Career Management offers employers the flexibility to tailor the recruiting process to meet their specific needs. Our goal is to help you maximize your objective in the most efficient manner possible. We work with organizations of all sizes across many disciplines including the non-profit sector. We are committed to helping you build an on-campus presence and to identify students who will meet your specific hiring needs.

We want your recruiting experience at the Drucker School to be as convenient as possible. We have several recruiting methods at the Drucker School:

Employer Presentations

Make your company's presence known to Drucker School students by having Career Management schedule an Employer Presentation. You will have an opportunity to visit our campus and interact with students. You will be able to inform them about your company and discuss any current openings. This is a great precursor to setting up an on-campus resume deadline.

On-Campus Recruiting

Career Management can assist you in recruiting target groups of Drucker students by setting up an on-campus resume deadline. The job or internship is advertised to our programs that will provide candidates "best fit" for the job. Resumes are collected electronically in Experience and then automatically forwarded to you on the deadlne. We will then reserve a room for on-campus interviews. You may also elect to interview the candidates at your site.

Request a Resume Referral

If you are unable to schedule an on-campus visit, you can still recruit Drucker students remotely from your desk! Career Management will advertise your position to our students, set up a resume deadline, collect online applications (usually resume and cover letter), and then forward them to you after the deadline. Let us help you target your candidate search!

Post a Job for Students or Alumni

To post a job, email us your job description and we will include it in the appropriate Career Newsletter with students (or alumni) responding to you directly. Please include the following with your job description:
  • Company information and website
  • Any education and skill requirements
  • Location
  • Expected hours
  • Salary (if available)
  • How and to whom they should apply
Please include whether you would like to receive a cover letter along with the candidate's resume.

Industry Nights

Industry Nights are typically set up as a panel discussion or a networking mixer designed to give students detailed information and insight into the various industries availablewith a Drucker School graduate degree
