Drucker Career Development offers employers the flexibility to tailor the recruiting process to meet their specific needs. We work with organizations of all sizes across many disciplines including the non-profit sector. We are committed to helping you build an on-campus presence and to identify students who will meet your specific hiring needs. Our goal is to help you maximize your objective in the most efficient manner possible.

Employer Opportunities

Employer Presentations

Make your company's presence known to Drucker School students by having Professional Development schedule an Employer Presentation. You will have an opportunity to visit our campus and interact with students. You will be able to inform them about your company and discuss any current openings. This is a great precursor to setting up an on-campus resume deadline.

Request a Resume Referral

If you are unable to schedule an on-campus visit, you can still recruit Drucker students remotely from your desk! Professional Development will advertise your position to our students, set up a resume deadline, collect online applications (usually resume and cover letter), and then forward them to you after the deadline. Let us help you target your candidate search!

Industry Nights

Industry Nights are typically set up as a panel discussion or a networking mixer designed to give students detailed information and insight into the various industries available with a Drucker School graduate degree.

The latest Resume Book is now available in PDF format. Email us to request your copy.

If you have suggestions as to other ways you would like to recruit students, let us know. At Drucker Professional Development, our mission is to provide customized, quality service.

On-Campus Recruiting

We appreciate your interest in recruiting at the Drucker School of Management and are always looking for ways to connect Drucker students with employment and internship opportunities. Professional Development can assist you in recruiting target groups of Drucker students by setting up an on-campus resume deadline.

The job or internship is advertised to our programs that will provide candidates "best fit" for the job. Resumes are collected electronically in ClaremontCONNECT and then automatically forwarded to you on the deadline. We will then reserve a room for on-campus interviews. You may also elect to interview the candidates at your site. The following are the instructions for posting a job or internship on ClaremontCONNECT:

1) Go to or click on the POST A JOB button below
2) You can register AND post a job at the same time or register and post later
3) Once registered, your email will be your username; you can pick your own password
4) Once logged in, click on Create non-OCR job posting to post job
5) In the job description, be sure to include “how to apply” instructions if you want students to apply to your company website directly.
