Students & Alumni

Drucker Career Development offers a number of services to help students and alumni achieve their career objectives. We offer career counseling and specific workshops to help students focus their search to target employers, implement their job search strategies, and to build skills in self-marketing. Our services include:

Resume and Cover Letter Review

Learn basic resume and cover letter tips, discover how job/market research can help you write your resume and cover letter and find out why highlighting accomplishments will get you more interviews than simply writing out your past/current job duties.

Mock-interview Practice

A mock interview is a simulated interview with a potential employer. During the mock interview you will be asked sample questions and receive feedback regarding your responses to improve your interview technique. A mock interview will increase the level of confidence in your interviewing skills.

Employer Information Sessions

Information sessions offer students a convenient way to learn about prospective employers and start building relationships with key recruiting contacts.

Mandatory Exit Interviews

All 2nd year students are required to participate in an exit interview. At the exit interview, you will have a one on one session with career services to identify your immediate career goals, employment status, and build an immediate job search strategy. You will also have an opportunity to comment on your overall experience at the Drucker School and make suggestions on how the Drucker School can better identify the needs of its students.

The Assistant Director of Career Development will also offer some guidance as you continue in your search to your ideal career. The Drucker Office of Career Development is open during the regular administrative office hours of Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. If you would like to meet with career services, we strongly encourage students and alumni to make an appointment to meet with a career services staff member.

We look forward to working with you!
