Prerequisites

To upgrade an iPhone/iPad to the current iOS software, complete these steps before configuring the device to use CGU' services.

1. Install the latest version of iTunes Use the “Software Update” feature on any Apple computer, or, the “Check for Updates” feature under the iTunes help menu on Microsoft Windows.
2. Update the iPhone/iPad device to the latest version of the iPhone/iPad software using the “Check for Update” feature for the iPhone/iPad in iTunes.
3.  You can also do "Software Update' over-the-air. Under the General Settings\ software  update\ Download and Install
