Why did you choose the Drucker FEMBA Program? Drucker offered all the qualities I was looking for in a business school: small class sizes, great reputation in the fields of management and strategy, great faculty, great community - the Claremont Colleges campuses offer the feel of an Ivy League school - great opportunity to participate in the development of classes and international experience through travel and courses.

Career goals My goal is to become a managing partner. The firm I work for provides great opportunities for growth and development. Entrepreneurship has always been an interest of mine and the public accounting industry allows me to maintain an entrepreneurial spirit within an existing organization.

Experience in the classroom The "Drucker Difference" course has really provided a great opportunity to meet and learn from various professors with an emphasis on Drucker philosophies. The approach of managing onself to better manage others has really allowed me to apply the concepts within my life. If this class is a view of the rest of my experience at Drucker, I look forward to the next two and a half years.

Getting away from it all   Living in Southern California (Los Angeles area), the pace of life tends to go really fast but Claremont allows you to relax with friends or take a walk around the Claremont Colleges campuses or the Claremont village.
