Zoroastrian Studies

The religion that influenced Christianity, Islam, and others, has one million followers worldwide and one major graduate course study in the US. The Department of Religion at Claremont Graduate University (CGU) offers Zoroastrian Studies as one of several tracks that can help students both broaden and refine their master’s or doctoral degrees. Guided by the scholar who literally wrote the book on the subject, and advanced by an invested council drawn from Southern California’s vibrant Zoroastrian community, the Zoroastrian Studies track is helping CGU’s Department of Religion make a difference.
