* The distinctive quality of the School of Religion is sustained by its unique and historic cooperation with the Claremont School of Theology,* its frequent collaboration with faculty in the Center for the Humanities, and its reliance upon the scholarly contributions of undergraduate faculty at the Claremont colleges. Under a formal agreement between Claremont Graduate University and the Claremont School of Theology (CST), most of these regular members of the CST faculty teach two CGU Ph.D. seminars per year and serve as dissertation advisors to CGU students.
