The GSC-CGU Travel Awards

 

The GSC-CGU Travel Awards aim to support and encourage academic excellence beyond CGU's campus and to offer students opportunities to gain professional experience they can use when applying for competitively funded grants.

Each year, there are 2 opportunities, in the Fall and Spring semesters, to apply for these awards. The Travel Award periods are as follows:

 

Period 1: Fall Travel Awards: May 1st – October 31st
Your event must occur within the time period indicated, and in the same year of the application, i.e. you may not apply for an event in the following year. Application opens October 27th and closes November 7th  at 5 pm.

Period 2: Spring Travel Awards: November 1st – April 30th
Your event must occur within the time period indicated, from November preceding, to April of the same year of application. Application opens April 27th, and closes May 8th, at 5 pm.

Applications are only accepted during the Travel Award application period. Applications submitted BEFORE or AFTER the application period will not be considered, so please wait for the announcement email and check the dates carefully before submitting your application.
