In order to transfer your I-20 or DS-2019 from CGU to your new school, you will need to do the following:

1)  Inform your academic department and the Registrar's Office of your intent to withdraw from CGU.

2)  Submit a transfer form from your new school to the Assistant Director of International Services.  Feel free to scan/fax/mail this (or have the school send it for you).  If your school does not have a transfer form, simply let the Assistant Director of International Services know and proceed with step 3.

2)  Submit the Transfer from CGU (form I-13) to the Assistant Director of International Services to complete your transfer in the Student Exchange Visitor and Information System (SEVIS).  Please note that once your SEVIS record is released you will no longer be a CGU student.  This means that CGU will no longer have the authority to cancel your transfer or transfer you to another school.  In addition, once your transfer is completed, you will no longer be eligible to continue CPT, OPT, Academic Training, or on-campus work under CGU's I-20/DS-2019.
