Completed Files Checklist
| A file is considered complete for review once the admissions office has received all of the following documents: |

- Faculty Nomination Form – must be completed by a faculty member from your home institution (regionally accredited US Colleges/Universities only).

- Two letters of reference – will be required in addition to your faculty nomination form.

- Official Transcripts – official transcripts from every undergraduate and graduate institution attended must be submitted. To be considered “official,” the transcripts must remain sealed as they were by the issuing institution.
- In Progress transcripts – will be accepted and considered as “complete” for reviewing purposes. Follow up will be required to have official and final transcripts sent as soon as your degree has been posted.
- Test Scores – GRE or GMAT (dependent upon academic program). To be considered for the Claremont National Scholarship, we must receive official test scores by December 10, 2008. Click here for more information.
- Statement of Purpose – must describe interest and goals regarding transdisciplinary study as a part of your statement of purpose. Click here for more information.
