Academic Petition

Students:
If you wish to request an exception to an academic/degree/registration requirement you must complete an Academic Petition Form.

Once you have acquired signatures from your academic department, you should submit the form with any supporting documentation that will clarify or explain the situation to the petition committee.

Financial Policy Exceptions

Students:
If you wish to request an exception to the refund policy, fees charged, deadline
obligations, the standard payment plan duration, and to the registration with no past due balance policy you must complete a Financial Policy Exception Request Form.

Once you have completed the form, you should submit it with any supporting documentation that will clarify or explain the situation to the petition committee.
