| Deadline to PURCHASE regalia. |

| Deadline to FILE A PETITION with academic dean to participate in commencement if NOT receiving a May degree. |

March 21 |
| Last day to SCHEDULE your dissertation defense. |
|
March 27 |
| Last day to DEFEND your dissertation. |
|
April 4 |
Complete and return the Commencement Participation Form
regardless of your intention to participate in ceremony. |

April 4 |
| Deadline to RENT regalia. |
|
April 4* |
| Deadline for academic deans to PROVIDE a Letter of Support for Commencement Exception to the Provost. |

April 4 |
| Deadline for Provost to APPROVE Commencement Exceptions. |

April 9 |
| Last Day to COMPLETE all degree requirements for a May Degree. |

April 18 |
| Last day to DEFEND for those whose Commencement Exception was previously approved. |
