The program will include introductions to the health codes of Islamic, Jewish, Hindu, Zoroastrian, Protestant, Catholic, Coptic and LDS faiths, all presented by graduate students. The keynote speaker will address religion and food studies. Speakers from each tradition will participate on one of the following panels: Fasting, Eucharist, Identity.

Registration
Registration is free and open to the public, but required for all attendees. Lunch & Dinner are included with conference registration. In place of registration fee, we are asking for donations to the local food bank. An alternative option is to bring a grocery store gift card for perishable items. The items will be collected on the day of the conference, and the conference co-chairs will deliver the items to the local food bank.
The food bank has requested the following items:
Canned Goods: Sweet Potatoes, Corn, Peas, Asparagus/Can, Cranberry Sauce, Beans, Pineapple, Gravy (Dry)/Can
Dry Goods: Instant Potatoes, Rice, Stuffing Mix
