The University of La Verne Accelerated Master’s Program is a combined bachelor’s to master’s program that allows you to jumpstart your graduate studies while completing your undergraduate degree.
Claremont Graduate University (CGU) offers undergraduate students of ULV a streamlined pathway to a Master’s in History, History & Archival Studies, or Cultural Studies at CGU. Begin working toward your master’s degree while completing your undergraduate studies and transfer up to 12 units to fast-track your progress. Save time, reduce tuition costs, and gain a competitive edge.
How the Program Works
- Apply Early to a Master’s Program: Apply to one of the approved master’s degrees at CGU no later than December of your senior year.
- Start Earning Graduate Credit: Coordinate a course plan with your advisor as early as your sophomore or junior year. Earn up to 12 units from upper-division courses at ULV to be transferred toward your CGU master’s degree once admitted.
- Begin Your CGU Journey: After graduating from ULV, enroll in classes at CGU, and finish your master’s in as little as one year*.
*Program completion times may vary depending on course registration, units transferred, and time to complete other degree requirements.
