Bob is Chairman Emeritus of Mattel, Inc., the worldwide leader in the design, manufacture, and marketing of toys. He was Mattel’s Chairman and CEO from 2000 to 2012. Under Bob’s leadership, Mattel delivered strong growth, improved operating margins, and generated over $8.2 billion of cash flow.
Prior to Mattel, Bob was President and CEO of Kraft Foods, where he was responsible for overseeing all of Kraft’s business units. Previously, Bob was President of Kraft’s Oscar Mayer Foods division.
Bob currently serves on the Board of Directors of McDonald’s Corporation, Levi Strauss & Co., and Amgen, Inc.
