De-Stress Week

Join the Office of Student Engagement and Student Life, Diversity & Leadership as they co-host a week of destress activities for graduate scholars. As we transition back from the holiday break, we encourage our students to join us for some on-campus mindfulness activities and games or join our virtual drop-in hours from 12:00 – 1:30pm to get support and connect with staff.

Needing a quiet spot to study? Drop into Albrecht Auditorium from 10:00am – 2:00pm daily to read, write, and research while you work on those final projects. We will do lunch hour brain break sessions with special guests from the Center for Writing and Rhetoric, Preparing Future Faculty, and the Career Development Office.

Please register to ensure there is plenty of food and snacks for all who attend! We look forward to helping you take time to relax and close out the semester strong!
