Events
There are moments in graduate school when the work becomes more than coursework or late nights—it becomes impact. The School of Educational Studies Awards Night is one of those moments.
Join us for a signature evening at Claremont Graduate University’s School of Educational Studies, where students, faculty, and families come together to celebrate the research, leadership, and real-world impact that define the SES experience. From dissertation award winners to community changemakers, this event reflects what makes CGU distinct: a commitment to scholarship that extends beyond the classroom.
The evening begins with a reception at Des Combs Quad, offering time to connect with future peers and faculty in a relaxed setting. It continues in the Albrecht Auditorium, where we recognize graduate milestones and honor the work already shaping education, policy, and communities.
As an admitted student, this is more than an event, it’s a glimpse into your future at CGU. You’ll experience:
– The caliber of research and leadership within SES
– The close, supportive connection between faculty and students
– The meaningful outcomes of an SES education
