“The Drucker Difference and Your Family Business” seminar series continues with a session on “Family Business Continuity as a Force for Good” on Wednesday, February 3, from 8:30–11:30 am PST.
In this session, Cindi Bigelow, CEO of family-owned Bigelow Tea Company, will join us to share the company’s approach to emphasizing family business continuity as a force for good. She will be joined by academic scholar and practitioner Professor Pramodita (Dita) Sharma, the Schlesinger-Grossman Chair of Family Business at the Grossman School of Business at the University of Vermont. Professor Sharma will share her cutting-edge research on how family businesses internally create the necessary conditions for ensuring family business can have positive impact.
The presentations by these two leaders and the subsequent conversation between them will be moderated by Vijay Sathe, C.S. & D.J. Davidson Chair and Professor of Management at the Drucker School.
