The fifth session in “The Drucker Difference and Your Family Business” seminar series will focus on key factors that lead to a prepared and educated rising generation. Peter F. Drucker Chair and Professor of Management Bernard Jaworski will set the stage with a presentation on the Drucker principle of managing across multiple time periods. Representatives from institute partners BNY Mellon and Whittier Trust will facilitate conversations with family business leaders about their experiences in leading change and passing values down to the next generation.
