ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
The Drucker School of Management cordially invites all sitting mayors in Southern California to a leadership event in Claremont. This is a mayor’s only event focused on supporting you as leaders and supporting entrepreneurship in your communities. As a mayor, you have the unique ability to be a catalyst for change in your cities. This leadership conference is designed to provide you with the ideas, skills, and peer support for your personal growth as a change agent within your leadership team and communities.
This year’s conference focuses on applying the concepts of equity and engagement to the critical role of building entrepreneurial capabilities in your communities. In addition to presentations by Claremont, the Drucker School faculty, and the Kauffman Foundation, this conference will provide networking opportunities with your mayoral colleagues from Southern California. You will learn from best practices, and in the context of an engaging learning environment.
Open to current and previous mayors. Click here for directions.
