Alesha Knox serves as assistant director of programs and student life. She manages Drucker student life activities, including Drucker student associations, case competitions, events, and student travel. She also supports the portfolio of programs and special initiatives, focusing largely on launching and facilitating the mid-life transition program, SOAR, with Kat Pick.
Prior to joining the Drucker School, Knox worked at the University of Redlands where she worked as the assistant director for campus visit experience and events and continues to serve as an adjunct professor for its School of Education, College of Arts and Sciences, and School of Continuing Studies. Prior to Redlands, Knox worked for the University of Southern Mississippi (USM) where she coordinated new student programs and developed and created retention programs and efforts. She holds a master’s degree in higher education with an emphasis in student affairs administration and a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies with an emphasis in education and child development with a minor in psychology, both from USM.
