Born in 1977 in Miami, Florida, Erik Frydenborg is an artist living and working in Los Angeles. Frydenborg has held solo exhibitions at The Pit, Glendale, CA; Andrew Rafacz Gallery, Chicago, IL; Albert Baronian, Brussels, BE; The Suburban, Oak Park, IL; and Cherry and Martin, Los Angeles, CA. Previous group exhibitions include Real Shapes, Dateline, Denver, CO; Skip Tracer, M. Frydenborg is a partner in the cooperative artist-run Los Angeles gallery AWHRHWAR.

Frydenborg’s work appears in various private collections, and was recently acquired by the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. His work has been reviewed in Artforum, Flash Art, The Los Angeles Times, LA Weekly, and Art Review.
