As the assistant director for career strategy at the Drucker School of Management, Isabelle Wright is responsible for advising students and alumni in one-on-one and group settings in all facets of career exploration, planning, and employment-related activities and professional development. Alongside the associate director, she is responsible for creating high quality career development resources that prepare Drucker students for a successful transition from CGU to their career.
Prior to joining CGU in 2018, Wright worked in alumni relations at the California Institute of Technology, where she managed undergraduate and graduate student alumni committees as well as created and implemented student and recent alumni programs. She has over five and a half years of career services experience from the University of Southern California, where she served as the assistant director of career development at the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.
Wright obtained her BA in Communication with a minor in Marketing as well as a Master of Education in Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs from the University of Southern California.
