Jazmyne Ross (she/her) is an Assistant Recruiter and pursuing a PhD in Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Behavior at Claremont Graduate University. Advised by Professor Jessica Diaz in the Division of Behavioral and Organizational Sciences. Her research interests include organizational leadership, knowledge and information sharing, and psychological safety.
Jazmyne earned a master’s degree from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign and a bachelor’s degree from William Jewell College. When Jazmyne’s not in the office, she enjoys puzzles, hanging out with friends, and exploring and traveling.
Fun fact: She has visited most of the major cities in the United States such as New York City, Boston, Miami, St. Louis, Los Angeles, and more.
