Kaisha Ross serves as an assistant director of admissions at Claremont Graduate University (CGU), overseeing admissions and recruitment for the School of Educational Studies.
Before joining CGU, Ross served as the program coordinator II and driver for Lone Star College’s Mobile Go Center program, an “admissions office on wheels” outreach and recruitment program in Houston, Texas. A passionate advocate for supporting all those who desire the knowledge to empower themselves in order to grow and achieve their goals, Ross—over the past 7 years—has supported a variety of collegiate student populations start on the path toward personal success.
Ross graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of science in criminal justice (with a minor in psychology) from Texas State University, San Marcos. In addition, she has obtained her advanced technical certificate in paralegal studies from Lone Star College in Houston, Texas. With aspirations to become a collegiate professor and dean of student services, Ross plans to pursue her master’s degree in Student Affairs and Educational Justice followed by the Higher Education/Student Affairs PhD in Education at CGU.
