Rachel Jimenez is director of alumni engagement and annual giving at Claremont Graduate University. In her role, she manages strategic initiatives to engage alumni, students, faculty, staff, and community members with the university.
Prior to joining CGU’s Office of Advancement, Jimenez was the assistant director of alumni engagement for the Drucker School of Management, where she significantly grew the number of alumni events and launched popular programs such as the Drucker Breakfast Club. Prior to that, Jimenez spent time as a business consultant and workshop instructor at the Inland Empire Women’s Business Center, as an asset manager at a biotech startup, and as an operations manager in the financial services industry.
She holds a dual MBA with a concentration in entrepreneurship and management and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, San Bernardino.
