Thi Vui Nguyen (Vui) is an Assistant Recruiter and pursuing a doctoral degree in Psychology (Organizational Behavior) at Claremont Graduate University. Originally from a rural farming community in Vietnam, Vui brings a global and deeply personal perspective to her work in higher education.
Vui brings a unique perspective as an international student and is passionate about supporting people on their educational journey, especially those from disadvantaged communities. Her inspiring story has been featured in CSUF News, The Gift of Adversary, VN Express (both in Vietnamese and English), where she shared her mission of empowering students and women through education and leadership.
At CGU, Vui is dedicated to guiding prospective students as they explore graduate programs that align with their aspirations. With her long-term vision of fostering opportunities and positive change in Vietnam, she is committed to making higher education more accessible and meaningful for diverse communities.
