Yiselle Juarez is an admissions counselor at Claremont Graduate University (CGU), where she provides admission and recruitment support for the Drucker School of Management and the Center for Business & Management of the Arts.
Prior to her time at CGU, she worked within executive development programs for major retail brands in Southern California designed to develop the leadership, strategic planning, and business management skills necessary to run a multi-million-dollar retail business. She developed a global strategic view of the retail landscape and helped prepare her teams to rise through the ranks of a Fortune 500 company. Juarez also co-facilitated a summer course for incoming first year students at the University of California (UC), Santa Barbara, which helped new students on a variety of topics including critical thinking skills, leadership development opportunities available on campus, and how to seek personal development during their time in higher education. Her passion is to continue to work with diverse, motivated, and socially conscious leaders in business within the Drucker School.
Juarez holds a bachelor’s degree in Chicano/a studies from UC Santa Barbara.
