A Conversation with Tom Peters: What Does the Future Hold for Business, Leadership, and Humanism?

Please join the Drucker Institute and the Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University as we host an intimate conversation on March 28, 2024, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with bestselling author Tom Peters, business leaders, and scholars on the topic – What Does the Future Hold for Business, Leadership, and Humanism?

Tom will be interviewed by Michelle Bligh, CGU’s Executive Vice President & Provost, and Professor of Organizational Behavior, which will lead to a fascinating conversation on both their insights and experiences.

Forty years ago, Peters co-authored, with Robert Waterman, In Search of Excellence: Lessons from America’s Best-Run Companies. It became one of the top-selling management books of all time, helping tens of millions of readers discover the secrets of the art of management, learned from more than 43 successful American companies. Peters was inspired by Peter Drucker, calling him “the creator and inventor of modern management.” Today, Peters’ archives are housed at the Drucker Institute, providing scholars, students, and leaders in the private, public, and social sectors access to a near century of management thinking and debate.
