The demands of academic writing increase at the graduate level through a greater focus on disciplinary conventions and research forms. This presentation will introduce some strategies for approaching these demands as well as the range of programs offered by CGU’s Center for Writing & Rhetoric in support of student writing. Attendees can expect to come away with a better understanding of the unique contextual factors of graduate-level academic writing and an introduction to the resources available for them to produce better work.
