Career Readiness is a foundation from which to demonstrate requisite core competencies that broadly prepare the college-educated for success in the workplace and lifelong career management (NACE, 2024). Recognizing and acknowledging your talent and skills is key to articulating them to the external world. This workshop will be an interactive space to explore your skills and put them into context within a resume and interviewing environment.
