Mandy Bennett

Mandy Bennett has worked for Claremont Graduate University for 20 years: 18+ years in Marketing & Communications as the communications coordinator and nearly two years for the Drucker School of Management as the administrative coordinator. She holds an MA in U.S. Environmental History from the University of the Pacific, an MDiv from Claremont School of Theology (she is an ordained minister with the Ecumenical Catholic Communion), and is working on a DMin at Claremont School of Theology and a PhD in History at Claremont Graduate University with fields of study of Early Modern Church History, Historical Theology, and Religion in 19th Century America, subjects she has also taught. For fun, she worked in a communications capacity with the non-profit Catalina Island Conservancy and Isla Earth Radio Series for eight years, and as a writer and editor for the Center for Plant Conservation for over two years. She currently writes for another non-profit, Xela AID Partnerships for Self Reliance. For her second career, she wants to open a spiritual formation center where people can explore different avenues of spiritual formation and practice.
