Drucker School Prof. Jeremy Hunter to discuss ‘Taking Action in an Age of Distraction’ on April 10

The Drucker School’s Office of Alumni Relations invites you to join Professor Jeremy Hunter in Brea California on Thursday April 10 for lunch and a discussion on Taking Effective Action in an Age of Distraction.

Hunter is one of the world’s leading experts in mindfulness a focused and deliberate moment-to-moment awareness. Mindfulness is a powerful tool for short-circuiting destructive cycles of stress and irrational emotional actions that debilitate performance. With practice it enhances clarity focus and judgment enables more skillful decision-making improves communication and interpersonal relationships and fosters greater quality of life.

The event hosted by alumna Paola Nava (MBA ’11) is from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm at Embassy Suites 900 E. Birch Street in Brea. Tickets are $25 through March 31 and $35 after April 1. Advanced registration is required.
