Curriculum

The Online MBA program integrates Peter Drucker’s management philosophies with industry desired business skills, preparing leaders for today’s challenges. Elective courses, making up half of the curriculum, offer the flexibility to deepen your expertise in areas that align with your career aspirations.

In addition to online courses, students have the opportunity to take in-person campus on the Claremont Graduate University Campus.

Degree Requirements

Drucker Signature Platform: 8 units

Management Core: 16 units

Elective Courses: 24 units

Other Requirements

Students must demonstrate fluency in financial accounting by the end of their first semester in the program.

Certificate and Transdisciplinary Options

In addition to earning the MBA degree, students have the option to align their coursework to earn Drucker Certificates.
