DrPh Peer Support Group—The DrPH degree is an advanced professional practice degree designed to prepare students as senior-level administrators and policy makers, providing leadership to protect and improve the health of the public” (Lee, Furner, Yager, Hoffman, 2009). The Mission of the DrPH Peer Support Group is to support current DrPH students mental/emotional health and academic needs throughout their program by creating a space for students to share knowledge, collect resources needed and learn how to advocate for themselves.
